parents, sharing your thoughts on the important issues raised in I Just Want My Kids To Be Happy! Below are some suggested topics to get you started. We especially invite you back to the Forum after you've read the book, with your thoughts on the topics that you found most
interesting.
• In what ways have you noticed yourself going too far to keep your children
happy?
• What price have you or your family paid in your efforts to keep your children
happy?
• Have you ever thought there was a downside to the kids from your efforts to
keep them happy?
• Were you to put less energy into keeping the kids happy, what consequences might
there be, good or bad?
